Agreement of Terms for One on One Mentorship 

with Lara Raybone, Liberation in Love Limited

Please read the following. If anything is unclear, do not hesitate to ask.

This Agreement is made today between Lara Raybone [the Coach] and [the Client].

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

In signing this agreement I take responsibility for making payments to the above agreed amount in exchange for coaching services as stated on the first page of this document..

Refunds will not be given under any circumstance due to the nature of the course being self study and instant access to all content being granted upon purchase.

DISCLAIMERS

The Client understands that the role of the Coach is not to provide health care, medical or trauma therapy services; or to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, condition or other physical or mental ailment of the human body. Rather, the Coach is a trauma informed mentor and guide who has been trained and certified in life coaching and energy healing modalities and is currently in training as a VITA certified coach in the area Sex, Love & Relationships and as a Womb Shaman with IFA to help clients reach their own wellness goals by helping clients devise and implement positive, sustainable lifestyle changes.

The Client understands by signing this agreement that the Coach is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, psychologist or other licensed or registered professional, and that any advice given by the Coach is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The Coach will keep the Client’s information private, and will not share the Client’s information to any third party unless compelled to by law. Any proprietary information that the Client may acquire through the course of engagement with the Coach and that is not of public knowledge shall be recognized as Confidential Information. Such information includes but not limited to any information in regards to content, branding and product services.

Should the coach wish to use testimonials or share about the clients experience on social media to promote her one on one offerings, permission must be obtained from the client.

PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

The Client shall use sound judgement and discretion upon identifying the information whether it is confidential. Should there be uncertainty as to whether the information is confidential, an approval from the Coach shall be sought prior to the release of any questionable information. The Client understands that the Confidential Information disclosed to her is of value to the Coach and Creator and shall hold all information at the same required level of diligence as how sensitive, personal information is held. The Client shall under no circumstances copy, modify, or infringe in any way the Confidential Information that is made available to him/her.

COPYRIGHT

I [The Client] acknowledge that Lara Raybone, Liberation in Love Limited, owns all audio recordings, written content and course content provided in the Coaching Container. Under copyright laws, no part of the above listed content can be replicated, distributed, reproduced or used in your own online courses. You are not permitted to re-record or re-create any of the audio journeys in your own voice. To avoid copyright infringement, I agree to comply. You must not reprint, copy or distribute any of the materials from the container content. I acknowledge and agree to all the terms written above, and will not copy, plagiarise, teach, violate copyright laws, or otherwise distribute any of the container content.

I [The Client] agree to assume all responsibility for my emotional and physical health.

I [The Client] understand that coaching with Lara Raybone as Liberation in Love Limited, is an energetic, somatic, spiritual and soulful healing process. 

I [The Client] understand that this course does not constitute a replacement for medical advice or emotional counsel with a licensed medical or mental health professional.

I [The Client] understand that within this Course exploration of intense emotions is involved and may possibly trigger past traumatic memories, feelings and awakenings.

Lara Raybone is fully released from liability or responsibility for any emotional problems or behaviour that may be triggered as a result of this Container. 

If I am on psychiatric medications, have a psychiatric condition (including but not limited to depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, multiple personalities, borderline personality disorder) or have ever tried to commit suicide I will inform the team at [email protected] prior to the commencement of the programme.

If I am on psychiatric medication or have a psychiatric condition, I currently have a therapist or doctor who is available to help me if needed.

If the terms of this Agreement are acceptable, please sign the acceptance below. By doing so, the Client acknowledges that: (1) she has received a copy of this letter agreement; (2) she has had an opportunity to discuss the contents with the Coach and, if desired, to have it reviewed by an attorney; and (3) the client understands, accepts and agrees to abide by the terms hereof.
